For more than 20 years, I held senior leadership roles in operations, sales and business management across international organizations — Danone, Generali and EssilorLuxottica. I was responsible for complex multi-market operations, full P&L management, organizational transformation and cross-functional leadership.
Across those organizations and industries, I repeatedly saw the same pattern: companies with strong products and ambitious plans, held back by operations that were never designed to support growth. That realization shaped the 5P Operational Excellence System.
